“We contacted Blue Bear and other HVAC companies for a quote to repair or replace our current system.They came the same day and their lead technician Josh was very knowledgeable, polite and paid attention to our questions. He asnwered everyone and always followed up with "Do you have another question or did I answer your issue? He spent two hours here diagnosing and servicing our system. The other companies that arrived were not interested in servicing our system becuase its at least 10 yrs old. Blue Bear found our problem, fixed it and had or system purring before he left. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He cleaned up thoroughly, reviewed the work that was completed and reset my thermostat for my desired settings. My bill was itemized and I had options to choose from for payment. And we discussed my next scheduled service needs.
