Tech came for first of two maintenance visits. Very nice and polite. Installed a UV system, added drain pan treatment. Replaced filter that we purchased separately. Did a thorough job and was pleasant to work with.

Our initial encounter with Arctic Air took place at a client's home. We were hosting an open house for this $1M property, and upon our arrival on a Sunday morning, we discovered that the AC was not working. Their team was exceptional! They were courteous and professional over the phone, and the issue was resolved within 90 minutes. Wow!!!Since then, we have had the good fortune of meeting two representatives from Arctic Air—one on the sales side and the other handling maintenance for our primary residence.
