I have worked with Modern Air for years and they have replaced and serviced my home and office AC systems. They are honest and try their best to put the customer first. Just had a quarterly system check done on my home system and it was a piece of cake. The technician Ken was professional and on time. He called ahead to let me know when to be there (which was helpful since I had to run home from work) and he finished quickly. I recommend this company for AC systems in Sarasota.

I have been in the restaurant industry for 34 years, managing the last 17 - I have never, in dealing with any vendor, worked with a more accommodating and kind staff.
