John was great to work with and his crew ( Mario and his helpers) was exceptional .
Skilled with attention to detail , the crew worked well independently and as a team .
We had a lot of wood to replace including the soffit and area around our chimney needed to be built up and new flashing .
We were very impressed with their work and their peaceful , pleasant manner . Even as they nailed down the shingles , they had a cadence that made it almost like music compared to other roofers we have heard working in our neighborhood !

“We just had the best experience with Shingle Masters and getting a new roof. From start to finish they were very professional and took care of everything and I mean everything!
We had 4 contractors come out and give us quotes just before hurricane Debbie. Eric and Shingle Masters without a doubt earned our business. With excellent communication skills and his personal knowledge of the roofing business he elevated all our concerns and worries, turning them into such a positive experience I’m at a loss for words.
We got a quote for roof replacement from Eric and Shingle Masters just before hurricane Debbie and we ended up with a couple of leaks during the storm. I called Eric and he had his guys out to tarp the roof the same day. Then for the insurance inspection we had to pull the tarp so they could “look” underneath for the damage. Eric personally came out and pulled the tarp and re-tarped everything after the inspection on a Sunday!! Not only earning our business but my respect.
After the roof was done, Shingle Masters submitted all the warranty information to the right people including the ones for our 2 new solar attic fans. They also included the wind mitigation form so I could give it to my insurance company for a discount.

“Wonderful job on our home recently, a few months ago. Several neighbors drove or walked up to talk and admire Prattco Roofing Company's finished product. My roofing crew had worked together for 7 years and that was evident! They accomplished their work effortlessly and without detractions. They backed up each other when their was a need, without being asked. Their crew chief was amazing by providing an additional solar fan not originally in the manifest materials.

Recently, Hurricanes Helene then Milton devastated our community in Seffner, FL to the point that power was not available for days to weeks in area, around our home. The roof next door was damaged. The roof behind us lost solar panels and shingles reguiring a new roof. Blue tarps were required very, very nearby. Trees big and small were uprooted.

There was no evidence of any roof damage to our home after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. There was some vinyl fence damage in two separate locations.
