“We called Master-Tech because we had a small water leak in the kitchen and we could not figure out where it originated. It was about 2-3 feet in front of the refrigerator, but the floor was dry around and under the Refrigerator. Derek came and used equipment to test this area for moisture, as well as another area in a different part of the house for comparison. He concluded that the issue was not under the floor, which was our concern, but may have come from the Refrigerator. He gave some advice, and ways to monitor this issue, and let him know if we experience additional water problems. He was thorough in his inspection, and took the time to assure us. We chose Master-Tech as we had a serious flood in the kitchen and family room area 10 years ago. We remember that they were very fast, professional and thorough in taking care of this problem . So, we would not need to call any other company for any excess water issues. We are totally satisfied with the service of Master-Tech- whether the issue is small or great.
