I called Master Tech on a Saturday morning, when I noticed water in the ceiling. Within an hour, Derek and a technician were at my house. They quickly assessed the situation, and while working, ensured that they were as careful as possible to make a minimal mess. The small mess that they did make, was cleaned up, and apart from the hole in the ceiling, you’d never know they were there. Derek provided all the information I would need to get the leak repaired, and to get the hole patched. He showed me how to use the drying equipment, and made sure that everything was set up properly before departing. Quick, professional service! Thank you!

Dereck and his team have been a lifesaver They came out on Thanksgiving weekend on very short notice to address a horrific mess from a backed up sewer line that effected a bathroom and carpeted bedroom. Derek was out here within a couple of hours and his crew quickly got to work cleaning and sanitizing while Derek explained the entire process, patiently answered all of our questions and really provided the reassurance we needed that this will be dealt with in a way that ensures the safety of our family. I would highly recommend Master Tech.

Derek and his team recently handled my hurricane Ian Damage with honesty and integrity. My experience was so unlike most interactions I had during this very stressful time. Always responsive, caring and willing to explain things in terms I could understand. They were on time, careful when belongings were moved in and out and the remediation work and repairs were handled beautifully.
