“I called Master Tech on a Saturday morning, when I noticed water in the ceiling. Within an hour, Derek and a technician were at my house. They quickly assessed the situation, and while working, ensured that they were as careful as possible to make a minimal mess. The small mess that they did make, was cleaned up, and apart from the hole in the ceiling, you’d never know they were there. Derek provided all the information I would need to get the leak repaired, and to get the hole patched. “Sara and her team are 1st class. We had a major flood Wed before Thanksgiving at about 6am. Made the call around 7:30 and they were there around 9:30 with a complete team and all necessary equipment. They were very professional and explained everything along the way. They were out that same day with all damage removed and drying in progress. Saturday morning they came by and removed the last of the equipment with everything complete as explained. Great Job, would highly recommend them.“
