A place of peaceful gathering with like-minded, uplifting, positive, joyful people. Being in the company of truth. Satsangs are gatherings where scattered minds unite through music, meditation, and wisdom to experience a higher state of consciousness. Chanting in kirtan helps in centering the mind. (They also provide teacher training, workshops, and yoga classes online or in person). The Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach is such a special place. The owner and the other instructors are very experienced, warm and welcoming. It is such a pleasure to practice yoga with them and I’m very grateful that a friend introduced me to this terrific yoga center several years ago.
When I found myself living in Boca Raton 10 years ago, my need was to find a yoga studio. Yoga Center of Deerfield is my studio of choice. They offer an array of sessions each week, and the instructors are wonderful. Even when I am in NY visiting family, I still have access to my favorite yoga sessions, thanks to Zoom.
