Pilates at ProColuna is the place to go if you are looking for Pilates. Christina is an instructor that recognizes exactly what you need to achieve no matter what limitations you may have. I have been extremely happy with my results. Definitely recommend it.

Prof Crisitina is wonderful. I've been practicing pilates for 10 years and here in the US for a few months with her. There is a lot of difference. The class is worth checking out. Prof Jessica is also very good. 6 months here is worth 10 years in Brazil.

I had shoulder surgery in Brazil and also pilates, but the one who really helped me a lot was Cristina pilates at Procoluna!AmeneeeeIf you need a good pilates teacher, I highly recommend Cris.
