“I've been to a few different pilates classes and this studio is by far the best in quality, value and expertise in the field. The instructors are very detailed and they teach with passion. So much passion that yes if you need to come turned on. I've seen all levels of students, and this studio has a great diverse group of students and instructors.I highly encourage from beginner (shy to enter) to the most advanced student to visit. I truly believe they are the best pilates studio in this area.My favorites are Sally and Shari, but I've experienced a class with many of the instructors, and I've appreciated every instructor for their style and expertise.
