“This is a such beautiful studio. Classes are great and very beginner friendly. It's nice to find a space that is more focused into the meditative aspect of yoga and not solely the workout. They also have Zumba, So you can get your dance ? fix in! Rosie, the owner, is lovely. I highly recommend it. They have a new student special $57 for your first month unlimited. It's a no brainer, come check it out.“

“If you think you’re getting a good workout at your current gym I invite you to come and try a class here. You will feel like you’ve been doing nothing before! These are the most intense and effective workouts I’ve ever done and I have been working out for years! The instructors are very experienced and their energy is amazing! They will be on top of your form and will encourage you to train harder and heavier every time which means you will see improvement and change really quickly. I recommend the class with Chris at 6:15 or 7:15 am she has the best energy and will keep you motivated and wanting to come back for more!“
