Many other contractors promise the world and then never show up. Ross Brothers, however, stand out because they deliver on their promises.<br><br>Derek was involved in every step of the way. He was excellent, offering great ideas and sharing his extensive knowledge with us. For me, the vast array of material possibilities was overwhelming. I honestly delegated much of the decision-making to my wife because she had a clearer vision and could steer us in the right direction. Nevertheless, Derek was instrumental in ensuring we had access to whatever type of material we wanted while importantly keeping us within budget.<br><br>He also recommended flipping the kitchen and dining room, which made the space much brighter and airier, allowing more light to enter by removing a wall. This is probably my favorite part of my apartment. Walking in and seeing the open concept dining area with clear, open views of the water.
