Project:800sqft addition and full interior remodel.It was a pleasure to work with Elias from South Winds Construction and his crew. Elias is very professional, easy to reach, responsive, helpful, understanding, and knows what he is doing. He is open to your ideas, and helps when options, or issues present themselves. He takes ownership in his crews work and sees to it that it’s completed to the highest standards.My city was SLOW with paperwork, which delayed my project quite a bit. I highly recommend South Winds Construction as the best home builder and remodeling company in all of Miami Beach Sunny Isles Pompano Beach and Davie. they have more than 30 years of experience with their salesman marcelo and the brothers fabian and elias are designer architects coming from ny with the experience and knowledge necessary to remodel a house or building, any client who dreams of having his house remodeled of high quality should call to south winds construction and you will not regret it.

This company is one of the ABSOLUTE BEST companies I have ever used. South Winds is reliable, responsible, fairly priced, and does superb work. Marcelo has been unbelievable during the whole process from pricing the job to bringing to completion. He is a GEM-honest, experienced, and creative. His business partner Fabian is also very solid.
