He takes ownership in his crews work and sees to it that it’s completed to the highest standards.My city was SLOW with paperwork, which delayed my project quite a bit. This was extremely frustrating for my family. It was reassuring to see Elias share in our feelings of frustration and do everything in his power to push forward minimize delays.
