Over the years, I have used A-1 Plumbing by George, but when my current needs arose, George told me he had moved and no longer services my area. He recommended Jay. Jay himself answered the phone when I called and set up my appointment for the first thing in the morning. This morning, early, the plumber dispatched to my home called ahead of his arrival. He got right to work and fixed my problem in my bathroom the right way. I could tell he was competent and experienced. The project was definitely more than I could have tackled myself and I was more than satisfied with the work by this company.“

“Follow up: Josh from Coastal reached out quickly to rectify the situation and the company did an excellent job with addressing both issues. While unfortunate that it had to escalate the company made it right.While I was originally happy with my service from this company. My recent interactions have been less than stellar. On this particular case they overcharge quite a bit for emergency service then have not followed up with an issue that was reported the next day and seems to have been caused during the emergency service. Further on a subsequent service call they rescheduled from the original 9-11 to 11-1. When I called at 12:50, I was told 3. Now at 3 I still no plumber.“
