Tech that came out was professional and very kind. Customer service needs to explain things better to customers. I called asking for a quote to pump my system. She insisted I needed an inspection first and then they would give me price. Tech showed up ready to pump with no knowledge of us needing a price. We were not exactly ready for pumping that day since they said twice it was an inspection to get a proposal. They gave us a crazy high price that was over $200 more than other places in the area. Called on a Sunday. Came out on Monday. Let my husband and I know what was going on and gave us options to solve the issue.
