There was a miscommunication and a problem with the install which can happen. But Alex at the front desk quickly scheduled someone to fix the problem. There were still a few things that were not right, and the owner himself jumped onto it and went above and beyond to make it good. My husband and I have worked in the service industry for a long time and we are aware that too many contractors and service companies give subpar customer service and do not own up to any errors. We hear it a lot where people get ghosted by companies who won’t fix the problem when something goes wrong. It’s good to know that there is a company like this one who does everything needed to make things right with the client and make sure they are satisfied. This is a huge factor I look for when dealing with a company. It’s not so much is everything perfect but are they doing everything to take responsibility and endeavoring to deliver a good product.“
