LJ put our system through a spring clean-up yesterday. He did a great job and gave me some excellent tips on maintaining the system, so I can easily help the AC do its job properly. Knowing what to do and how often to do it helps a great deal. Thanks LJ and thanks to Poulin for the great service.

Henry was our technician and we highly recommend! His service was above & beyond, and you can tell he really knew what he was doing. We definitely will request him again for future AC services. Henry was very honest with what was wrong with our compressor and really wanted to help us out by giving all the available options. Their services are affordable, and customer service from the time we called to make an appointment is top tier! Kudos to the whole team ☺️
