Got new hvac 3 years ago. Had several problems they had to fix in those years. Now. No air. Blows hot. It's 80 some degrees out and 85 in house. They tell me it's a valve that takes 4 weeks to get or my choice is to get new one. I DON'T THINK SO, it's only 3 years 2 months old. With warranty. Not paying. I'll get attorney involved first.
I purchased a new unit from them, and I’ve had nothing but problems with it ever since. And all three times I have had a tech here they say there’s nothing wrong with it when obviously there is. Each time they can not give a time that someone will be here, therefore, I take an entire day off of work and sometimes they don’t even show till after 5 PM anyway. When I call the office, they can’t give me a time or even an estimated time that someone will be here.And now, today…the fourth time taking a day off of work and waiting around all day long, I just got a call from them telling me they need to reschedule!
They are claiming to be Superior heating and cooling management in Oldsmar when you call they send you to one hour air and ARS they have no affiliation with superior heating and cooling management in Oldsmar Florida
