The man needs to retire or go into another trade. He did not fix the issue at hand and proceeded to call warranty company to say it was a power surge issue. Which wasnt the case. Garbage!

The technician was sent out with warranty company. He was very rude and didn't explian what the issue was at hand. When i called for him to come out a 2nd time bc issue wasn't fixed he tried to blame it on something completely different. He then proceeded to call the warranty company and tell them it was due to a power surge, which it wasn't bc he knew company wouldn't cover. I had AHS send out Intergirty Air for 2nd opinion and they were able to repair and EXPLAIN said issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

This company, on two occasions was dispatched to my home from my home warranty company. In both instances this A hole called and looked for reasons not to come out. The most recent issue is, he scheduled an appointment and then called back a day later and said he can't get to it for another 5 days. To top it off he canceled the appointment with the warranty company saying I no longer needed service. Stay as far away from this unethical lying sack of garbage as you can. I'm a patient man but this clown has pushed me to the brink...
