Myers was excellent! On-time, courteous and answered all my questions. I bought two new AC/heat for my two properties and I could not be more pleased with the products and the service.
Keith was a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. He showed up promptly at the time and date he said he would. He answered all of our questions and concerns, and even offered to change our filter for us. I definitely would recommend D&W!
Garth arrived on-time and was polite, professional and friendly. The timing of our one year maintenance checkup was good as we’d been experiencing some issues. Garth quickly identified the problem and replaced the thermostat. He also simplified the working of the thermostat.
