We were so delighted when we found out that Dan would again be servicing our systems this season.As you know, he is our chosen technician. The many year 2020 issues we had have completely gone away since Dan has performed all the preventative maintenance work.(save May 2022 when Dan out for back surgery and Steve did our systems).Dan is very knowledgeable and thorough, always on time and is a pleasure to deal with. He is a great asset to All American and the reason we have stayed with your company for service. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.
I have been having an ongoing problem with a relatively new Trane air conditioner. I believe Dan our serviceman did an extraordinary job addressing our drain problem. Also the acting service manager Duke gets a kudo for a quick responsive scheduling of our service call.
Dan was knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. He took his time and explained every step. Found faulty component, pulled new part from his van, and repaired our a/c. Cycled and tested the a/c to ensure it was fixed. I signed up for a semiannual service plan to ensure longest life for this expensive a/c system.
