Seems like it’s a bad compressor and it would cost as much to replace than to fix. And get this..they are actually refunding me the cost of the previous days repair without me even having to ask (minus the $75 diagnostic fee). I appreciated the speedy service, the kind and knowledgeable tech (also the owner), and the integrity to refund me even though he was here for two hours the previous day working hard to fix my issue. “We had a good expereince. Rustam came on time and diagnosed the leak in our dishwasher. He was friendly and focused on the problem, which he explained to us in detail. A part was ordered and he returned to replace it. DW works great now! Only one small complaint - on Saturday, he said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday but on Tuesday the scheduler called and said Rustam would be back on Thursday, which he was. I think it was in issue with dispatch, not the tech.“
