“I really love Winter Haven Modern Dentistry, Thomas, Jesse & Dr. Mabry. I struggled for a long time finding a dentist office that I felt comfortable in. They have helped me overcome dental anxiety. They listen. I have been a patient for roughly two years. I am unsure why people feel the deep cleanings are a scam. I pay for them, yes but I see ALL of the gunk that was under my gums! I feel better afterwords. It is something that I prioritize because I understand the importance of not allowing that to sit around my teeth. It is also something I have physically noticed a difference in with time. My gums are less swollen and do not bleed. They do not make me feel helpless, this is the first office that has done this. I had a lot of work done over a long period of time. Dr. Mabry always prioritizes keeping as much of my natural teeth as possible. Dr. Mabry is the only pain free dentist I've been to in my life. She always numbs correctly for me. First try. (A lot of dentists tend to under numb or numb the wrong spot for me.) I do not know much about Dentistry but the tools do not seem barbaric... they seem modern and you can tell that they are very up to date with current practices and procedures. Dr. Mabry and her team are very precise when it comes to work. Also, this is odd for a review but this is the only dental office that has not complained about my small mouth. They just lower the chair down. I feel so much better at this practice. I am so thankful for them! Really has been life changing for me and I am thankful to be on the right track in regards to prioritizing my health thanks to Winter Haven Modern Dentistry.“

“I’m surprised there isn’t more great reviews on here. After going through many dentist offices in Lakeland, I tried Palo and haven’t looked back since. The service and proper billing did it for me. Every dentist office I used in Lakeland ended charging more, months after the appointment,every single time. I have never had to pay anymore than what I am told at the desk at Palo, and that makes me very happy. if you’re looking for an amazing team trust knows what they are doing and people that know how to properly bill, you need to check out Palo. I drive an hour to get there and would gladly drive 3 for the service I get.“
