New patient experience was above my expectations. Greeted immediately, appointment time met with no waiting, feedback on my overall dental health, explanation of equipment used and services provided was appreciated and 6 month appointment set up.Impressed with front office and dental hygienist care.

Great service. Staff practices safety measures to protect the patients. It was a 6-month checkup and cleaning. Joanne is a wonderful hygienist and always does an excellent job. Dr. Palo always checks your teeth after the cleaning, not at all like the "dental corporations

Dr. Palo's office is great. From the office staff to the dental hygienist, it's a refreshing experience. My hygienist, Joann is amazing. Dr. Palo is fantastic and easy to talk to. So glad I found this practice in Winter Haven.
