A Pediatric Dentist Who Goes Above and Beyond!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Tran at Bright Smiles of Winter Haven and I couldn't be happier with the experience.First of all, the waiting area is very cheerful and inviting. It is filled with colorful decorations, kid-friendly furniture, and a play area that helps distract my little one from the pre-appointment jitters.What impressed me the most, however, was the level of care and patience exhibited by Dr. Tran and her staff. Just for future new patients to be aware beforehand...... I Absolutely loved the staff, and the Dentist. I was unaware that I was not allowed to go back with my daughter for her tooth being pulled and wasn't told until we were called back againfor the procedure. My daughter did not like this, and when I asked if anything I filled out or was given, stated this was a rule, the staff said "normally parents ask beforehand," as a new patient coming from a dentist that I was able to go back with her for her last two pullings I believe this should definitely be something that is gone over before payments are made and procedures are discussed. We loved our first visit here at Bright Smiles. They were able to see my daughter for an emergency visit right away. The staff was super nice to my daughter. Dr Tran was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything in details and made sure my daughter was well taken care of. Highly recommended Bright Smiles to everyone!
