“My whole family and I only go to Design for Vision in Jamison for our glassses and eye examinations. We have never been disappointed!The entire staff at Design for Vision, Peggy, Elizabeth, Dr. Marc and Miss Charity are very helpful and capable. Miss Charity selects glasses and tints for me at least once a year. I just purchased a pair of Polo Glasses from Miss Charity about a week ago. She began with a tray of about thirty (30) frames and together we narrowed-down the selection to about five (5) frames. She came-up with a creative tint selection for the lenses, which I am very happy with. A green, gradient, semi-mirror all purpose lens. very cool! I never would have thought of this combination.Miss Charity always comes-up with a creative combination that is unique. She is like a "Tint Wizard" when it comes to creating a unique pair of glasses. I receive many compliments on both my frames and lens thanks to Miss Charity!Forget contact lenses. I am going with "Glasses by Miss Charity!"About, Miss Charity...She will not let me buy a pair of glasses that is wrong for me. And, I am very happy with every pair of glasses and sunglasses she has helped me select. You cannot go wrong shopping at Design For Vision and Miss Charity. “The front end has attentive staff, and make getting through paperwork, and getting your lenses and frames quite easy. They are very clear with all the options you have and can help you determine what frames and lenses you need in a quick timeframe. The quality of the lenses and frames are fantastic in quality 10/10. (In the area I live there is no better.) The only thing that brings it back from a 5/5 review is that the doctor that finds out the prescription you need is not as good as another doctor in the area that I much prefer, I tend to get my prescription with the other doctor, and the lenses and frames at this location. The doctors at the location aren't bad, but they're not the best in the area. Pricing is expensive, but usually completely worth it. (Glasses tend to be expensive in general due to insurance, and other problems unrelated to the store anyways so I don't blame them.)“
“Dr. Cohen-Weinberger is with the Douglas J. Lavenburg, M.D., P.A. practice in Newark (and in Elkton, MD). She listened to my issues and addressed each one without seeming rushed. I've been to several other optometrists in the area and my experiences have been just OK, but the level of service I received from her was superior.
