Their staff is terrific and along with Dr. Todd Bainbridge took the time to evaluate all my needs as well as answer any questions I may have had. Sclera lenses are difficult to fit yet Dr. Bainbridge has me seeing the best that I have in twenty years and the contacts are beyond comfortable! Dr. Catando used the latest technology to exam my eyes and made me realize just how much better my quality of life could be with the use of a prescription pair of glasses for temporary use. Dr. Catando was very thorough in his explanation of my situation, extremely friendly, and just overall reassuring throughout the entire visit. “My family and I have been pts since it was CC opticians. Dr. Johnston is an exceptional Dr. I would highly recommend him. Betsy is so knowledgeable at C.Ser. so sweet and thorough. Virginia is absolutely awful. Not friendly and wouldn't even try to help figure out why SHE gave me a different price 2 wks ago for my contacts which I have the quote. I asked her why it was different and her answer was "I dont know". Her exact words to me where "Today your price is $391"which is more than what she quoted. She Couldn't be so bothered. She should not be working with pts. . She needs training on how to interact with pts. She is Awful. I was in the medical field for yrs and my staff would never treat anyone like that.“
