“I've been seeing Dr.Glazer for 6 years now and I'm very pleased with her professionalism and friendliness. I'm some what disappointed with what seems like a constant turnover in staff.It appears only a few are long time employees! Staff turnovers seem to cause mistakes and some unfriendlieness.Some of which I've experienced myself! My overall satisfaction with Eye Physicians is very good!“

Highly recommend, not your typical Dr. office with a lot of crap, just straightforward and direct. On top of everything, they are nice people. “My wife, family and I have been patients of Tocker & Associates for over 10 years and have always found the care of Dr. Tocker and his staff to be very caring and patient. Their place of business is run smoothly, professionally and is very clean. When calling for non-emergeny issues I usually always get a live person to talk to and if not then I leave a voicemail and either John or Nicole call me back quickly. Both Nicole and John (Front Office) work very well together handling everything from assisting Dr. Tocker with exams, to eyewear to all our insurance questions.I also really appreciate the technology this office deploys as it assists with eyecare scheduling that works around my life. I always receive a reminder via text with any upcoming appointments and just today I received a text requesting I check out their new online app, "EyecareLive". This app allows me to remotely reach Dr. Tocker 24/7 with all of my eyecare issues. I can actually state that I've never been spammed due to any technology in use by this office and they take great care in protecting patient information. I highly recommend them.“

I've been to several other optometrists in the area and my experiences have been just OK, but the level of service I received from her was superior. And as an added plus, she has a great smile and a very welcoming demeanor. Loved her!“

“The front end has attentive staff, and make getting through paperwork, and getting your lenses and frames quite easy. They are very clear with all the options you have and can help you determine what frames and lenses you need in a quick timeframe. The quality of the lenses and frames are fantastic in quality 10/10. (In the area I live there is no better.) The only thing that brings it back from a 5/5 review is that the doctor that finds out the prescription you need is not as good as another doctor in the area that I much prefer, I tend to get my prescription with the other doctor, and the lenses and frames at this location. The doctors at the location aren't bad, but they're not the best in the area. Pricing is expensive, but usually completely worth it. (Glasses tend to be expensive in general due to insurance, and other problems unrelated to the store anyways so I don't blame them.)“

“I had a great experience at Simon Eye - West Chester! The front desk staff is kind and checked me in very fast. I was seen by Dr. Bwint right on time. Dr. Bwint spent a lot of time on my exam and explained things to me thoroughly. She gave me good suggestions for eye care. I'll definitely be going to this location from now on.“

“Delaware Eye Care Center gets five stars plus, from me. The Staff is Fantastic. My Dr. gave me the name of the eye drops that I required because I was not sure if I still had the drops from the other eye. That afternoon I got a call from the office to make sure that all was well with the procedure & that I did have the drops available. My husband said, "wow, they really cover all the bases".“
“I’ve been coming here for 18 years and have had great experiences with Dr. Blackburn, Flo, Noelle and most of the staff. It seems, lately, however, that the front desk staff are less than polite and helpful. I arrived today at 1:45 to see the optician to pick up my glasses after having been told they would be at lunch from 12:30 - 1:30. The woman at the front desk told me that the optician was still at lunch. Okay, that happens. But when I tried to ask her about an ETA , she was rude and dismissive - as if I were annoying her by showing up to pick up over $1,000 in glasses. I got that same vibe the last time I was here as well, but chalked it up to just her just having a busy day or a bad day. My suggestion would be to have people out front who represent the company well. If I were new here and had to base my experience on my last two visits, I would be looking for another practice. However, I reiterate - the doctors and most of the staff are great, it’s just the whole front desk experience.“
