When our dryer suddenly started to thump, I made an appointment on the Mr. Appliance website for service the next day, but shortly thereafter received a call from the office and was able to schedule same-day attention. The office sent a text with a picture of the Service Professional (Mo) when he was on his way. Mo diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it clearly, provided an estimate, then spent about 45 minutes repairing the dryer.
