Nakita was great!!! Such a kind, warm gentleman. He was very polite and knowledge. He even brought my Amazon package in from the rain. James was a really nice guy as well. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to guide me in the most cost effective fix. Thanks guys!!!

I gave him 4 stars because he forgot about the new Controll board still left In the box that wasnt installed. I noticed it right after he left. I tried to catch him but he was gone. I called Sears and told them. They said the routing team would call me back today.
