Customer service was amazing! They genuinely seem to care about their customers and want to provide them with the best experience. And not to mention...I called on Friday morning and had my new washer at 1pm later that day. The experience was a nice reminder of what customer service should look like and I will never buy an appliance from a big box store again!

John's Home Appliance did a great job! Everybody there is so friendly and service was quick! Got my washer and dryer the next day! Took the old ones no questions asked! Highly recommended!

I like supporting a local business. I purchased a dryer from them and everyone was friendly and helpful. Installation was as scheduled and quick.
