“*UPDATE SEPT, 2024 - Had some concerns with my cast iron waste pipe so I made an appointment over the phone. Steve arrived on time and advised that the issue was not serious but suggested considering replacing 80+ year old cast iron and provided an estimate. While he was there, I asked him to replace the valves for my washing machine, which he did.<br><br>*UPDATE* I had some water near my heating system in the basement on the night of Dec 23. I quickly went online and booked an appointment for the next morning, Christmas Eve which was confirmed after midnight via text. Joseph Kmetz showed up promptly at 902 AM, diagnosed the problem (a minor one, fortunately) and fixed it in 45 minutes. He explained clearly what was wrong and advised me on next steps, it was a HUGE relief with guests arriving for Christmas later in the day.<br>**<br><br>I recently purchased a new home that required a few relatively minor plumbing repairs.
