Jimmy is an exceptional person. On Sunday evening I called Allstate Mechanical in distress because I was having plumbing issues. On Monday, Jimmy was already ready to help me find a solution. He did a great job!He is skilled and extremely kind and understanding. Once you have worked with him, you won't need to look for anyone else. I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Jimmy! Would give 6 stars if I could. Had the pleasure of hiring Jimmy for a project and could not be happier that I did. He's professional, excellent at communicating and great at what he does. He'll be the only plumber we'll use from here on out. If you're looking for a plumber, he's your guy.

I needed to replace a bathroom faucet and also the kitchen faucet - Jimmy suggested a great source for faucets and other plumbing hardware and told me he could easily fix the kitchen faucet w/ replacement parts provided free from the manufacturer. I acquired the parts as instructed and then Jimmy (Allstate) arrived early on the appointed date. All done 2 hours later - perfect craftsmanship ! Excellent experience for me.
