From calling JNR Plumbing to the end of the process, was a pleasure. I had a dripping faucet in my bathroom sink and under the sink. JNR scheduled my appointment for the next day with a morning window. Later in the day, Norbert Deak called to ask if he could come earlier. That was perfect. I had an exact time and he was at my home. Norbert was very polite and did the job efficiently.With an explanation of the work he needed to do, the cost was reasonable. We also received a 5% Senior Discount. I would be happy to call JNR again, for my plumbing needs. JNR also called me later in the day to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Would recommend. Dario and team fixed the problem (leaking tank so house smelled like sewer gas) and were clear in their work and expectations for completion. Very nice to work with.
