Annie's team came quickly so that we never lost power. Last month they removed an aging oak from our backyard - one that could not be reached by crane or bucket truck. They were true professionals, climbing the tree, gently bring down all the branches and trunk, and our flagstone patio looked better after they left because not only did they remove all branches, limbs, and trunk, they also swept or blew away the leaves and sawdust. “Steve and his crew were very prompt and professional! I had to have 2 very large oaks taken down after being damaged during the small tornado came through CT last month. Steve did exactly what he said he would do, and showed up right on time. Luckily, my neighbor agreed to allow the crane and bucket truck through his yard. I am still amazed at how quick they were able to take down the 2 trees (both over 125 feet tall) and how little damage there was to the grass/backyard of my neighbor. “I've had some issues with billing and application.Billing: I discovered It's better to pay for the service when each phase is completed rather than pay in advance.Application: I signed up for shrub maintenance. I've noticed that I've had both a rose black spot problem and white fly problem soon after they were sprayed. This is after I specifically asked that attention be paid to my roses.The pruning they did was excellent.“
