5 Star. Rich did a great job at our house. So I recommended him to my dad and he did a great job at his house too .He has been delivering firewood to my brother-in-law's pizza place for years good stuff. Good guy
I called Family Tree Service on Wednesday and left a message seeking firewood. Rich got back to me that same day. The next morning I had a half cord of firewood in my driveway. As unremarkable as that should be, the reality is that I had called other places for firewood and still have not heard back. It has been like that in the past too. Next time I need firewood, I know who to call. It's great doing business with someone who does business right.
Asked to have firewood delivered to my home in new haven by leaving a voicemail on Friday afternoon. Received a call promptly on Friday evening with the offer to dump the cord the very next day. Very reasonable price and professional service. Will go to them next year!
