John was able to come out the NEXT day to evaluate the tree and make a professionals recommendation to the city. within two days the city came out with a sign for notice of removal. This is after 5 years of making calls about this tree on our own behalf with the city to no fruition. Unparalleled high quality communication. “We've used Shutts twice this year, and highly recommend them! We had a birch snap in two after a tornado and dangle over the power line to our house. Annie's team came quickly so that we never lost power. Last month they removed an aging oak from our backyard - one that could not be reached by crane or bucket truck. They were true professionals, climbing the tree, gently bring down all the branches and trunk, and our flagstone patio looked better after they left because not only did they remove all branches, limbs, and trunk, they also swept or blew away the leaves and sawdust.
