I have been using Darien Plumbing & Heating in Darien, CT for 15 years for basic plumbing-related work on an old house in Darien, CT. The quality of their work - ongoing with the current owner and president, Kevin - is exceptional and reasonably priced. Their customer service, including clear, fast and accurate communication, is the absolute best. I have trusted them with a key to my house for over a decade. That should speak volumes. If every service business was this good, we would be in Heaven.
We have been doing business with these folks for over 40 years. They serviced my parents house as well when they lived in Darien. They have always been professional, responsive and friendly. They respond quickly in emergencies and we’ve had a lot of them over the years. I recommend them highly for their consistency in providing their services usually when we need them the most. It provides peace of mind that when things go wrong, you know they’ll be there to fix it
Called them twice in two weeks. Two different plumbers came to my house but they provided the same quality of work. Just excellent. It was a good recommandation from my neighbors. I will call them again for sure
