I wanted to take a moment to thank the office staff, Beth and Toni whose real voices answered the phone versus hearing recorded voice prompts and then listening to music to wait for someone to answer. After 30 second wait with two calls, I abandoned the calls and called A & S Nathan. My request for annual oil fired furnace service for my mom’s furnace. I was able to get asame day service appointment. Beth and Toni were kind and professional. To top it off, the service technician Kyle, was absolutely professional and pleasant. Kyle is a perfect example of an outstanding customer-facing employee.

Marini Paving performed an excellent job in replacing our driveway and installing a drain to address the water pooling issue at the base of our driveway. I have used CBS Contractors, Inc. in Ansonia, for over thirty years. They maintain AC systems for me in two homes and installed an original AC system complete with ductwork, in my home many years ago. This original system was recently replaced, after 28 years, of never going down once! There is a reason why I’ve only ever considered one vendor- the family-owned and operated company has the experience and amazing staff to truly know all about central air conditioning. Of course they support everything HVAC, but they have always been there for me with incredible AC support! I recently had the pleasure of working with Kamolli Masons who did an exceptional job on some masonry work at my home. From start to finish, the process was seamless and hassle-free, and the final results exceeded my expectations.Altin and his team were professional, courteous throughout the entire project. They listened to our needs and preferences, and provided me with a simple but detailed estimate of the work to be done.The main project was installing stone veneer on the exposed foundation under our sunroom. The team did an excellent job in selecting the right type of stone to match the stone wall in our yard to ensure that the new veneer would seamlessly blend in. The result was so good you would think the work was all done together 12 years ago when the wall built. Perfect!We also had them set a bluestone path in stone dust from our patio to our back porch. The path was previously uneven and posed a tripping hazard, but the team was able to level it out and create a smooth and attractive path that was both functional and visually appealing. I gave Altin a very brief explanation of how I wanted the path to be a mirror opposite of the curvature of the stone wall. All I did was a wavy hand gesture, and he absolutely got it and did it to perfection.They also pitched the pathway stone to match the grading of the property which was important for preventing water from collecting and causing damage to our home's foundation, a problem we used to have.The team also re-pointed some joints on the patio seat wall and on the flagstone patio floor, which had become cracked and worn over time. As I watched them working on this it was clear that they took great pride in their work and wanted to ensure that every detail was perfect.Throughout the project, Altin was readily available to answer any questions I had and to provide updates on the progress of the work. He was easy to work with and always had a positive attitude. He clearly takes great pride in his work and is committed to ensuring that his customers are completely satisfied with the results.I highly recommend Kamolli Masons and Altin to anyone looking for high-quality masonry work. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in ensuring that the work was done to my satisfaction. I went there as a new patient I didn't know who I would be seeing. but the Dr i saw was very nice . I went for a referral for oral surgeon. I got it and was on my way. I would recommend them if someone needs a dentist.
