After 8 months with them, I have been very pleased with their communication, patience (I have one brand new optician), and friendliness. Small crew, but hard working and knowledgable. Very few issues, and the ones we have encountered have been minor. Their current lab rep is Bob, and he has visited the office many times and has done numerous one on one trainings with the staff. Their lab manager, Christoph, is very efficient and great with follow thru. He’s honest, and straight forward, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend them!“
