1. Communication via text was ideal for me. 2. Telephone communications was an excellent balance of personable & professional. 3. Exam was thorough with clear explanations by the staff. 4. Everyone was extremely efficient yet I felt comfortable enough to ask questions of each of the three staff members I saw. 5. Dr. Kat patiently listened and considered my situation in her recommendations; explained enough about each option that I feel confident to make a good decision.

I recently lost my glasses and I LoHi eyecare saved me!! I was able to make a same-day appointment, walk in to get a full comprehensive exam along with trying on and ordering new prescription frames in just 1 hour!The team here is knowledgeable and very attentive to detail, and they were so helpful with picking my new frames from their amazing selection too!! I am so glad to have found my new optometry spot in Denver!!

EXCELLENT. Needed glasses before the weekend and they were able to squeeze me in on the same day within an hour and give me an exam PLUS had my prescription glasses ready in 15 minutes. With the quality and professionalism of this place, I expected it to destroy my wallet, but it was surprisingly super affordable and reasonable. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m a new client for life!
