Alla was a very professional and knowledgeable.I’m truly impressed and grateful for her professionalism, how she made me feel valued and her commitment to excellence.I highly recommend her services.
I ordered frames and glasses, but my order was deleted even though the charge on my card went through. I have my receipts and bank statement to prove it.It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered them, so I called the store to inquire to the status of the glasses. The manager told me that my order had been deleted and she would call me back but I never got a call back. I have called the store 4 times, and they always tell me they will call back later. I have been charged almost $300 which has not been refunded, and there is still no glasses order to my knowledge.Update: It has now been 30 days since I ordered the glasses, and the staff still does not know where they are.2nd...read full review
Alla was incredible! I purchased a pair of glasses, 2 sunglasses, and contacts and she was so knowledgeable and friendly while juggling a busy waiting room of people. Give Alla a raise.
