“Amy is outstanding! She worked with me after my total knee replacement. My recovery was extremely rapid due to Amy's acute knowledge of what rehab techniques work best for each stage of recovery. She explained the healing process and the trauma caused from surgery and how her therapy addresses each area. Watching Amy interact with other patients, she never uses the "one shoe fits all" approach and tailors each session and recovery plan to the individual. I'm having my other knee replaced this month and look forward to working with Amy again!“

“I had had chronic back pain for years, but it was my neck and shoulder pain that first brought me to specialized. First and foremost, my PT always addresses and helps to get my pain controlled rather quickly. Then they take the time to teach me correct movement patterns and give me exercises to reinforce them. They have helped get my back, shoulder, and neck pain under control. The staff does an excellent job of helping to prioritize appointments and calling to fit you in if you're on a wait list.I had a bout with vertigo last July, and I was luckily seen quickly, as I was leaving the country for several months. My PT Ellen even helped me make a video of the exercise to help alleviate it. Sadly, I've had to go back to that video since then, but I felt so grateful to have it.My main therapists have been Bill and Melissa, and they are both excellent!! If you need Physical Therapy, Specialized is the place to go!“
