Nico is the best instructor! My kids love him and respect him. My son was 5 when he started, and had difficulty listening, focusing, and following instructions, especially in school. The discipline, respect, and humility they have learned at the dojo has helped tremendously, and my son is doing significantly better in school, I believe due to the values and lessons he has learned from Z-Ultimate. My daughter is small for her age, but is more confident in herself since taking karate. She loves the competition and having a safe place to spar with her brother (while being supervised) is a huge bonus!
Sensei Nico is amazing. He helps students understand on “their level” since everyone learns different. The dojo just got another Sensei also, Sensei Oscar is amazing and slows down the forms to help everyone learn/remember what part comes next in the form. The dojo definitely treats everyone like a welcome family. Best dojo we have ever trained with
Sensei Nico is amazing! He is great with all age groups and personalities. The flexibility in times and days worked with our schedules. We got to experience classes at the dojo and virtually when everything was shut down. Even doing belt tests virtually! Our son gained so much in being a part of this studio. We will be going back if we ever move back to Colorado! Thank you sensei! Until we meet again!
