Everyone was on time, smart, strong, alert, safety minded, positive attitude, and hard working. The equipment they had was new, high-tech, and excellent for getting into difficult spots for optimal cuts. They had intelligent ropes/rigging to ensure no damage to other trees & property. They did 2 or 3 extra dead branches for me, so I tipped them 25% on top and still feel good about it.
