“Great customer service. Portice installed carpet in a basement BR and basement stairs some years ago. Great install. Fast forward, we needed a repair on the basement stairs. Talked to Penny on a Friday afternoon after a really bad week for her. Vandals had shot the glass in the store's front door... what-a-pain. Regardless, Penny followed up and connected us with one of her very qualified installers (Rich Jones BTW) who called us that same day to arrange the repair (which looks great). Fortunately, we had saved some remnants from the earlier work which were also exposed to foot traffic and that really saved our bacon.
