We recently had Portice install new carpet in our condo. The customer service was outstanding as was the installation. Penny was open and knowledgable as she helped us select our carpet. The price was reasonable and she worked with us to stay within our budget. Ray and Isaac are skilled and experienced installers and the carpet looks great. The team at Portice is professional, pleasant and good at what they do. Highly recommend!

Dave took the time to answer all of our questions in the store and educated us on the differences in carpets and prices. On the day of the install, the team that came worked with our specific issues with grace and a professional attitude and solved the problem. They did an excellent job installing our new carpet too. We couldn't be happier.

We are very happy with our completed project. We have a single level small home and we chose the invincible h2o vinyl plank to be installed in the entire home with new baseboards. Dave was fantastic on the sales end, Jerry was great in store as we picked different samples to take home, Ray, Issac and Norman did a wonderful job on the install. Thank you all.
