The classes are challenging yet so enjoyable, and I’ve noticed such a positive change in both my body and mind since joining. The instructors are knowledgeable and always offer modifications to meet everyone’s needs. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the space is always clean and well-maintained.
A special shoutout to Molly at the front desk! She is always so friendly and warm, making every visit start off on the right foot. Her kindness and helpful attitude make the studio feel like a second home. Highly recommend!“

They helped me rebuild my strength and stability in my back and leg and taught me what exercises I need to continue at home to maintain my progress and hopefully prevent another injury. I worked with Spenser and Tom. They were both tremendously helpful! They were very patient, understanding and they both have great personalities. And the icing on the cake for me was the additional help I received from Tom diagnosing or at least getting some answers to another issue that I had been dealing with for a few years now since I had lung surgery. I have seen several doctors, several tests and had no answers up to this point. I feel this alone was well worth the cost.“
“Chelsea is by far the most talented and passionate PT I’ve worked with. Her knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and skill is in a league of its own. She is friendly, professional, on time and has excellent follow through. Amazing experience!!“

I have osteoarthritis in my knees and bunion issues and am able to continue to do what I love with these treatments. I've had surgeries, but they haven't lasted so this is an alternative. I wish I would have gone here first!“

After just 4 visits, my hip /knee pain from scoliosis (and an old injury) subsided. Skylar is thorough and prescribed exercises (with helpful videos) for me to do at home. She is knowledgable about scoliosis and knows exactly what to say so that I can access muscles that need to wake up from my scoliosis. I’m so happy I’ve find Skylar. Although I am not in pain anymore, she’ll be a good resource for me and my family.“

8182 S Holly St, Centennial“Renew is the best Pilates and PT studio ever! Andi and Joleen, the owners, opened with the latest equipment, the studio is spotless, and all the employees know everyone. You are always treated like family!
I want to talk about one person in particular, Mandie Martin. She has her doctorate in physical therapy and is certified in many areas of Pilates. I take a level one reformer class from her. There are 7 people in my class. Before each class, she checks in with each individual asking how they are feeling and if there is anything she needs to know. When she teaches, she gives the instructions and then goes around to each individual showing them how to modify the exercise if need be. She is constantly on the move during the 55 minute class helping each individual. It actually feels like she is giving a private lesson to each person. She is the most EXCEPTIONAL teacher I have ever seen. Plus, she is always so kind and friendly to everyone….knows the name of every client that walks into the studio.
Andi Renshaw, is my physical therapist. I am 83 with leukemia and lung cancer caused by radon diagnosed in 2010 and 2011. Her expertise has kept me active all these years and I hope many more years to come.
Renew Pilates and Physical Therapy is the absolute best!!“

She is able to provide individual focus in each and every class and her passion to the craft shines through. She is walking distance from my house which is an obvious plus. I'm in the midst of Shannon and Pilates transforming my body and mind all the while having fun. Thanks for being awesome Shannon.“

His hands on approach to treating my back issues has been key to finally being able to walk normal and live without pain. I don’t know if there’s a name for his methods but I call it functional PT. I’m so glad I found this place. I would highly recommend them.“

I had a c-section three years ago and the Pilates work has been so healing ! I’ve been to other Pilates studios before and nothing compares to this one. Caileigh cares so much about her clients and the Pilates work. She educates me about my body every session and also makes sure my posture is correct. She is detailed and so present. I feel safe and confident every time I go in. No one session is the same. Very grateful. Thank you Caileigh!“

All the equipment is clean, in good repair and the studio is immaculate.Likewise, her classes are never dull. She gives complete instruction and is there to help you if your foot is not cooperating with the strap. The client mood in her studio is one of humor and acceptance.Yes, you get a great and challenging workout.Yes, you get to be with other souls that are trying to keep fit and be flexible.Yes, you work at your own pace and if a modification is needed, Sarah is right there to help you. Although, she can usually tell before it gets to that point. Her new location has great parking and is easy to find. You will not be disappointed. She has a very loyal following.“
“I had had chronic back pain for years, but it was my neck and shoulder pain that first brought me to specialized. First and foremost, my PT always addresses and helps to get my pain controlled rather quickly. Then they take the time to teach me correct movement patterns and give me exercises to reinforce them. They have helped get my back, shoulder, and neck pain under control. The staff does an excellent job of helping to prioritize appointments and calling to fit you in if you're on a wait list.I had a bout with vertigo last July, and I was luckily seen quickly, as I was leaving the country for several months. My PT Ellen even helped me make a video of the exercise to help alleviate it. Sadly, I've had to go back to that video since then, but I felt so grateful to have it.My main therapists have been Bill and Melissa, and they are both excellent!! If you need Physical Therapy, Specialized is the place to go!“

The classes are small and the individual attention from the instructors makes all the difference. Their attention to detail and using correct form will optimize your results. I have experienced chronic pain for most of my adult life. I have experienced better results with Reel Performance than I ever did with physical therapy. I highly recommend this studio!“

I am realitvely new to piloties and it was my first time at Fierce and she did a great job fixing my form and she was really attentive to everyone in the class. I also liked the Fierce reformers. It was a little different from other pilaties studios, but in a good way! Will be back!“
“Amy Cady is an amazing instructor who individualizes each lesson to your specific needs. She is a master instructor and I encourage anyone looking for a Pilates instructor to reach out to her first. I have scoliosis and she was able to reduce my pain while strengthening my core, arms and legs for Pickleball! I never write reviews but Amy is so good I want everyone to know about her!“
