Bought a new washer from them, in less than five weeks I got water on the floor during a washing. The representative came out, was very polite and patient with me. He checked the machine throughly. Told and showed me the problem was some drain pipe in the wall that was leaking. Because he was 100% correct. I was able to have a plumber quickly come, open the wall and fix the problem.I liked the prompt sale and delivery of the machine with the removal of my old machine. Then to have this excellent service response was superb.
